4 observance will all be tomorrow.
Vendors will be able to start setting up on the Courthouse Lawn at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow but Road and
Bridge Supervisor Mike Sanchez, who will coordinate the booth setups, said vendors need to be set up and ready to go by 10 a.m. so
he can assure everyone has enough electrical power.
